Polyurethane Crack Injection in the GTA
Flexible injection designed to seal leaking and water-bearing cracks in concrete.
Overview
Polyurethane Crack Injection for Commercial Properties
Polyurethane reacts with water and expands to fill the crack, creating a flexible seal that tolerates minor movement. It is commonly used where water is entering through foundation walls, garage walls or below-grade concrete.
What’s included
- Leaking foundation wall cracks
- Basement water infiltration
- Below-grade parking structures
- Previously repaired cracks leaking again
Polyurethane vs. Epoxy
Polyurethane is typically used to seal leaking, water-bearing cracks and tolerates minor movement. Epoxy is used for structural bonding of dry, dormant cracks. Not every crack should automatically be injected — we assess first, then recommend.
